Positive. I learned a lot in my time at Humana and picked up several practical skills/learned new tools both of which will sell.

They provided my team with the resources needed to complete projects the right way whether that be additional people, hours, tools, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of talented, hard working individuals who overcome cultural differences, language barriers, and different time zones/working hours to collaborate with each other and complete our projects on time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible PTO. No questions asked about sick days and vacation days are always approved as long as a little notice is given ahead of time. Also the ability to work remotely from home or basically anywhere with a secure internet connection.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were around my age with a few more years of experience in the industry. They were both laid back and the interview was conversational. I believe that fostered a level of comfort that allowed us to get to know each other better than the average interview.
