there are 2 companies here... one that makes its employees grow, the other that complicates the working life of the employees: there's the management that even if you point out the problems and even give them the solution, they completely ignore the question and the problems becomes more complicated

People should start interacting with whole team rather than there close colleagues. Someone should not be forced to do certain type of work. There interests should be respected. Team should work collectively rather than individually. People should not hesitate to share their ideas with team.
