GSO is a revolving door, and has been for many years at the middle management & individual contributor level. Compensation only carries individuals & teams so far before it's a matter of having *quality* leadership in place that can effectively lead their team(s), enabling retention & stability.

The revolving door of middle mgmt in GSO has continued to create instability and complacency amongst individual contributors that negatively impacts those that want to grow their skills and contributions to Informatica.
