Currently times have been slightly challenging figuring out how to navigate some company changes, but outside of that i am very grateful that i have a job where i love my work and the people i get to interact with everyday.

I have loved my time here so much. The people are great and most everyone seems genuinely dedicated to doing hard work and making a difference. Leadership sees that we can do good work. I worry sometimes that the impact isn't clear from what we do.

My immediate manager is the best thing that has ever happened to me in my career! Our executive team has a difficult time understanding my team's processes and the best way to work with us despite our flexibility and frequent interactions. Sometimes feels like the power card is being pulled.

The fertility benefits are huge for me peronsally, but I also love that we recieve annual bonuses for performance.

I believe I am fairly compensated for what I do and at my current level. I am surprised by the benefits package at a place with this many employees. It feels like there aren't may options or great care under any of them. I'd pay more for better.

Being able to own quarterly bonuses when work is performed above and beyond the standard. Regarding benefits, our CEO recently implemented a fertility plan for mother's needing fertility treatments and that has been a huge help to my family.

I am not receiving industry standard compensation or resources. Constant last minute, HUGE projects fall on myself and team to figure out without any respect for our time or the process. Education, empathy, trust and realistic expectations is a good starting place.

Inflation is so bad at the moment so I feel like the salary ranges could be adjusted.

I feel like I should be compensated more for the amount of work on my plate. And I think that could be accomplished fairly easy if my internal leadership would step up and get certain approvals that would allow us to make the amount we deserve.

I do feel incredibly valued but when I compare other roles in the job market in combination with my daily work responsibilties and team management, I feel underpaid
