Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like better 401K matching, More PTO, and pay that aligns with my market rate.

I think the base salary is very low, we work hard but pay does not reflect that. The company is very commissioned based and is out of our control at times, which results in unreliable income.

Higher commission percentage for professional recruiters would truly be a changing factor for us. We work extremely hard because we care, and I believe there is a gap when comparing account managers to professional recruiters because of this.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they didn't grill me--they truly just wanted to make sure I would be a personality fit for their team because that is what it all comes down to at the end. We have to be able to work well together and be personable enough to make our best career in sales.
