At times if feels like you have to be part of the 'club'. Would a company culture that embraces everyone's experiences and perspectives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a newly developed team, therefore we have a lot of new paths we need to create. The team is full of great ideas and is willing to go above and beyond to support our work - where needed.
