I really enjoy working here- great boss, great team, good benefits (401k match and a true bonus structure would be the game changers). I have a lot of flexibility and great work/life balance- don't plan on going anywhere else for a while

Everyone's willing to help each other out- very little animosity or "I'm too busy" or "that's not my job" type of things.

It feels a lot more transparent than it used to be- not as much smoke and mirrors but actual answers, even when they don't have all of the details.
