The interview process was incredibly streamlined and efficient. The recruiter was also very responsive

I like the transparency with respect to AMAs, the process of getting access to quarterly reports is also quite streamlined.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was no transparency in the negotiation process. The recruiter refused to provide the comp. bands which is in violation of CA law. They need to add an annual bonus of at least 15% because cash/liquid comp is low in comparison to other companies. They also refused to provide a sign on bonus
