I think the variety they offer outside of the "traditional" health and tech benefits including working from home stipends and creativity with development opportunities, allowing you to really be in charge of your development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how visible they are within the company and willingness to engage and answer questions from any and all staff. They do not shy away from the tough questions, but rather engage in constructive conversation. It's really nice to see and know they are listening.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the welcoming nature of everyone I have interacted with at the company. There are many channels and avenues to find colleagues with similar interests outside of your team and support from managers for you to make time for these types of interests outside of your day job.
