I really enjoy working at Instacart. I've been here for almost two years and I have never worked at a company where I feel like my colleagues truly like me and value my opinion. My manager checks in with me weekly and helps me with any issues and provides guidance when needed.

Most people at Instacart are experts in their field and very helpful and positive and will help you find the answer or resources you need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Instacart legal team is awesome! I have never worked on a team that is so helpful and friendly. Everyone on the legal team is a work horse and will step in and help out whenever needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Instacart doesn't just say they care about their employees, but they take initiatives to show that. They provide time off for the whole company around the holidays, pay incentives, and takes the time to listen and understand employees and their needs.
