I have been able to join an ERG that is dear to my heart and have been able to be confident in sharing my disability. I love knowing that I am not forced to be in an office setting and can contribute to the team and company every day

if the premiums being paid for healthcare was a bit less this would help offset the expense and leave me with more income

sometimes it is forgotten that you can not provide 100% to everyone in your team and sometimes you are left to feel (by others not my current situation) that you should give 100% and no errors should be made,
