I am able to use the flex first , which allows me to WFH
I love that I am able to WFH and still contribute just as much to my team and company
if the premiums being paid for healthcare was a bit less this would help offset the expense and leave me with more income
sometimes it is forgotten that you can not provide 100% to everyone in your team and sometimes you are left to feel (by others not my current situation) that you should give 100% and no errors should be made,
