Top of the top - everyone is great at their job. I've learned so much and been able to mentor others too.

The collaborative atmosphere - still very start up in giving opportunities to whoever is interested, often regardless of years of experience or years on the team.

Fertility benefits, 4-year fillup (one month sabattical), unlimited time off - given demands from team (and we actually get to take it and are encouraged to plan it!).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of opportunity for people to step in and fill a need as they arise since we're still growing and fleshing out the structures of our support teams.
