Top of their game. Everyone here is very talented and not much ego at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Exciting and dynamic, things are always moving forward and quickly. Lots of things to always feel excited about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and they clearly value the way people treat each other, being good to each other is a core value here at IC.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are strong and a relatively competitive salary. I do not think they pay people enough to want to be managers here. This is an area of opportunity.
