What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate & recognize our team members by using Cheers! and posting the kudos on a shared slack channel.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Family planning benefits. If I were to have another child, I would do so while working at Instacart. Lots of programs to support parents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each others backs. I don't feel guilty taking PTO because I know my teammates will cover for me and vice versa. It feels like a very positive supportive team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work remotely has been such a positive for my family. I have 3 small kids and if they are home sick, I can adjust my schedule to take care of them and still get my job done.
