Instacart has been a great experience. As with any company there are challenges. The good aspects far outweigh anything bad. In my department I do sometimes feel isolated from the larger scope/projects within Instacart. Overall I am happy and plan to stay with the company.

My direct team - we are open and honest with each other and push each other to be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and clear vision. I feel as though Instacart is moving beyond the start up phase and is really focused on the vision to power every grocery transaction.
