They seem to have a very well-rounded approach to moving the company forward and a long-term strategy that I can align with.

Everyone is trying to do the right thing and people don't seem to grab accomplishments - I feel accomplishments can be shared as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work mixed with semi-annual team onsites ("jams") seems to be a perfect recipe to ensure we get flexibility for our lives but also grow team bonds.
