I think there are plenty of opportunities to grow yourself if you choose to do it. There are others who are less motivated or maybe waiting to cash out. I think things will get better once they leave and we can bring in a new crop of people.

There seems to be fun with co-workers amongst themselves who are in the office together. So that's good.

Some need to be less ambivalent and take more pride in the quality of their work. They also need to more receptive of other's ideas and inputs.
