Our leadership teams make sure that we are informed of our access to higher education to help achieve our goals of greater success both personal and career wise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best attributes of my team is that we are great collaborators and we have a quality instinct for what our customers would appreciate most about our services. My team is very efficient problem solvers that are able to apply adequate resolutions when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work culture of my company values every background, which is one of the most positive aspects of our environment. Since we work with the public, fostering this inclusive culture is essential. Serving people from diverse backgrounds makes it crucial for all of our voices to be heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest about work is being able to assist others with their daily needs and provide a helping hand to my peers in finding suitable resolutions. I enjoy knowing that the efforts I put forth every day directly contribute to supporting my company, peers and customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the rate paid in my region should be evaluated. Single parents of 2 in the Atlanta market would need to make at least $26.55 entry level to be sufficient which make me believe that I am undervalued due to me being a hard worker but being unable to earn a living wage.
