I think we have a really supportive team -- everyone is willing to work hard together and is really helpful, warm, non-competitive, and caring.

I like that the leadership team welcomes the hard questions during all-hands and weekly AMA's and I feel like I'm not just getting a watered-down answer a lot of the time.
