I can accomplish the work I set out to do, because there is so much interesting stuff to do and not a lot of red tape to wade through.

On my team, everyone makes an effort to get along and stay upbeat and positive. We are understanding of the specific needs of each member of the team and provide flexibility to deal with life and work together as a whole.
