Fair cash comp and pre-IPO equity. Onsite meals are really appreciated.

The culture is very open in terms of information sharing and not overly concerned with titles and org charts.

Everyone is extremely smart and talented but are also genuinely nice people who have interesting lives away from the office.

Instacart has a diverse leadership team that brings deep experience from some of the most iconic companies around. They are generally ego free and are surprisingly accessible.
