Everyone is engaged and passionate about doing whats best for our customers and investors, learning and growing, and making an impact. No one is here to clock in and clock out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We give new hires the choice between a stock or cash heavy compensation. The company is in a very promising position and has many unique levers to pull that our competitors do not.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on and solve very challenging and impactful problems, while learning from others around me. My changes meaningfully move the company's bottom line, but I'm also not working in a silo or the only one doing so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team respects everyone and their contributions and I refer to them as "we" and "us" even though I'm not a manager or executive. They keep us focused, disciplined and excited about long-term goals. We have the highest sense of ownership of anywhere I've worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We "Go Far Together," meaning that we take high ownership to make a big difference and we do it by working together and playing nice. The culture is not political and everyone puts the company above the team and cares about making the company successful and doing right by our shoppers and customers.
