I've been at the company for 4 years and have seen a lot of change in this time. Some has been negative but mostly there has been positive change and right now we are in an upward time. I think we are finally starting to build out a team to win, both in the competitive landscape, but also internally
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a collaborative, driven and fun team who is able to accomplish a lot for how small we are!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my work is contributing greatly to the success of the company and working with smart and talented teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual comp increases to at least keep up with inflation. Remove arbitrary rules around cadence of promotion and salary increase cycles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seem to form a united front on issues and policies and put a lot of thought into decision making. Company initiatives make sense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my team and the cross functional aspect of my role. Lately, with the formation for the employee engagement team, there have been some positive changes to company culture and team bonding etc. I love to see more events other than happy hours being put on (workout classes, volunteer events etc)
