I think leadership and people at Instacart are very human and empathetic to evolving situations. I don't think there's an expectation to be cookie cutter or textbook when it comes to how we do our jobs.

I like that our leadership team makes an effort to provide visibility to the broader org. Especially when there is press or media coverage around challenging aspects of our business. We also don't hear overinflated growth metrics internally, only a thoughtful path for growth and sustainability.

I feel that there are definitely higher paying roles for the same (if not less) responsibility and expectations set out for recruiters in Toronto. It's a very competitive space in Tech now. I'd also like to see Instacart match industry standards around RRSP matching, annual bonuses& fitness spending

As someone who is a part of a team that directly contributes to the growth of the company, I would like to see more competitive compensation. I believe that Instacart is above market compensation in general, but when compared to the companies we aim to be, we fall short.
