Everyone is extremely helpful and I never feel uncomfortable asking a question, no matter who I'm talking to!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all incredibly bought into Instacart's mission and all do a great job at making sure every employee is well taken care of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a contractor so I don't have access to our full benefits package, but they make up for it in what they are paying me by the hour.
What makes you most happy at work?
Even though Instacart moves very fast, I never feel overwhelmed. I am always supported by my managers and peers and everyone gets me so excited to do my job every day
