No issues, engaging, always something different happening which keeps you on your toes. I really do not see myself leaving my position at this company.

Seeing smiling faces, helping our users and engaging with my coworkers across multiple departments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available for questions and its great they are always open to hearing you out. They care about your well being and provide constructive feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really don't want for anything. Healthcare is reasonable, the options are plenty and compared to my last company they lived up to every promise of compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is great! I enjoy they are thoughtful with the perks so you can really engage in downtime and expanding into other avenues within the company and education opportunities such as Udemy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close as a team due to our roles here and we all pitch in to help. I know we can rely on each other when life happens and we keep it positive 100 percent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were relevant to my position and I had the opportunity to interview with coworkers within my department. I really enjoyed seeing if would fit in with my coworkers and answering questions about day to day issues they face.
