When we communicate effectivly and politly we work well together and enjoy our time.
The customers are a joy to work with and are reasonable.
We are a strong team despite management. Work together well, help each other and support each other while in store. As a team we work hard!!
They make work fun, happy , and make work the enviroment fun to be at for us and the customers
the team pulls together to fill in the gaps and help each where management has not provided training and often times tries to lift the moral and do their best to combat the tonix work environment by encouraging each other
