What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at J+C is a big reason why I am still with the company after 9 years. They are supportive, they lead by example and there is no limit on what they will do for associates to ensure they grow and reach their personal and professional goals.

Our leadership truly cares about their associates and constantly is worked to make not only the business better but the experience for their associates. There is a balance and focus on getting work done but also putting others before your work. They are also all approachable!!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthy amount of PTO to start and opportunity to earn more with tenure. Holiday pay included.

On Site Clinic, Free Gym access that was implemented this year, and our health insurance is good!

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how supportive and willing to help everyone is! I truly enjoy working side by side with my team as well as other associates at J+C and look forward to it every day!

My team makes me a better person personally and professionally. I get to work with a group of people on a daily basis that are supportive, collaborative and have an others first mentality. We know we work better together and its important for us to meet our goals as a team.

I would say our team has a special bond with one another not only do we spend 40 hours a week together but we hang out outside of work too. We are all respectful of one another and are always willing to jump in on anything even if it is outside our job description. I am bias but our team is amazing!

Their is a huge emphasis on ensuring that all associates feel included at work and there are a lot of initiatives that back this cause such as THRIVE, Veterans Network, and Young Professionals. I also appreciate the importance around growth on taking your career where you want it to go!

The PEOPLE are what make me most happy at work. I love my leader, I love my team and I absolutely love in my role I get to work with every division in the company.
