Majority of Women at Karat think their office vibe is Engaging.

Our core principles are amazing. I'm continually impressed with how their people-first approach helps employees, customers, candidates, and interviewers.
Interviewers are continually berated and held to forever changing impossibly high standards. The post interview QA team completed about the tiniest detail such as going 10 second over one of the sections (a section in which you have to ask 3 questions each with 3 parts all within 10 mins)
Teamwork, everyone works with empathy towards each other and our customers. It is the first company I have ever worked for that is always looking for improvements but refuses to loose the human touch and treating everyone equally.

We have a fairly diverse slate of backgrounds and experiences - this is so valuable when you're trying to build for a diverse world.
Everyone has a high degree of responsibility and ownership of our product.
Each person works with the highest integrity and strongest work ethic I've seen at any company.
