Very toxic from leadership but other employees are fine. Leadership doesn't set clear expectations and use them consistently across the board.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are immature and need to consider other people. They expect you to kiss up to them at any moments notice. Managers are also improperly trained and have no idea how to manage people or give appropriate and constructive feedback.
