What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a great job making you feel heard and they feel responsive. They are focused on development of technology to solve problems and feel dedicated in a way I have not seen in other companies I have worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
KPMG has a focus on community. Volunteer hours, groups you are encouraged to join that are about topics you are interested in. Positivity is a choice they make all the time and it is built into the structure and culture at KPMG.
