My salary is lower than I think it should be, but my company does provide matching contributions to my 401(k), help pay for insurance, and provides other benefits
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate pretty well considering we all work remotely. Additionally, I’ve trained most of the team, so I can relate to their way of doing things most of the time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work pretty closely with the leadership team in charge of my project. They are usually very open and willing to help me fulfill my responsibilities and lately have been very attentive to helping me be successful
