I see clear actions being taken based on employee surveys and they make a deliberate effort to be transparent.
Willingness to answer specific questions or put me in touch with professionals at the firm who could (i.e. connect with folks from specific diversity groups, etc.).
If anyone finishes early, that person always asks how they can help, as opposed to going home. There's very much a team mindset. We succeed and fail as a group.
I feel very supported at each level (supervisors, middle managers, and partners). If I ever had an issue with a client or a coworker, I would feel completely comfortable about raising my hand and not facing backlash.
Almost everyone I've met has had an eager willingness to invest in and mentor upcoming talent. Additionally, once you're inside the firm, there is a certain confidence in quality (i.e. the partners are secure that quality is consistent specialty to specialty under the KPMG brand).
