When I started working at Lancer Europe 27 years ago, there was nothing on the shelves and then I was lucky enough to see Lancer Europe grow and become what it is today. And I think I contributed a little to this result.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've started 28 years ago in an empty warehouse, I was scare and at the end I'm working and worked of all part of the company. Warehouse- Office- Technical - Logistic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think very few people can do what I do at Lancer, I can come to work alone and run the company. Unload, prepare, invoice, load, answer customers on specific questions, send quotes, etc...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 28 years for the company, and in Belgium it's complete different as the US employee. In Belgium, I can come to the office alone and I can put an order in the system, sell some parts to our costumers, prepare an order, ask the forwarder for the pickup, make the invoice , repare a unit (delta)
