I have worked here at Lancer for over 30 years and cannot think of working anywhere else. Lancer has been my second home.

I love the fresh ideas and motivation our Team is doing to move forward with our Company.

Seeing my friends and looking to see what the day holds. Every day is always something different.

Everyone is valuable and is someone important as well as their job no matter what your title is.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My benefits are good. I wished we would have some kind of pension when we retire from Lancer. Hopefully that would be something to look at.
