What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The PTO plan is excellent, the bonus plan, while confusing, is ultimately rewarding, and the onsite clinic is a valuable benefit.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Regional politics often hinder day-to-day tasks. While we aim to be transformative, these political issues, prevalent at all levels, obstruct progress. Reducing political interference and focusing on clear, unified goals would greatly improve effectiveness.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Some coworkers seem to be hired based on personality rather than capability, leading to uneven workload distribution. Around 80% of the work falls on 20% of us. To improve collaboration, there needs to be a stronger emphasis on accountability.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because our compensation isn't competitive with the market. I want to stay, but our budget constraints limit us. Similar roles at our sister companies offer about 30% more, making it difficult to feel adequately compensated for my work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team often appears to lack focus. While goals are clearly stated, there seems to be a gap in the consistent follow-up and execution of those goals. From my perspective, there's a need for more structured efforts to ensure that these objectives are not only set but actively pursued an
