Everyone is friendly and collaborative, we usually work together towards common goals and problem solve along the way
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting through challenges and obstacles on projects and other task. Seeing something go from idea to commercialized and shipped product. Getting pay raises and promotions. Learning new things and being coached and trained to develop to the next level of my career.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to cast a vision, create a plan to achieve the vision and train and coach everyone to achieve it. We must communicate from the top down and make the vision clear. We are all one team and should all have one voice. Often times we all seem like separate companies bickering and casting blame.
