I think the HR team is doing their best to try to keep us here culturally. but i think the managers need more management training, leadership needs to be more open minded to employee inputs and the dismissiveness needs to stop. SO i would say bad experience.

They are helpful, motivated, friendly, and communicative.

Need to be more present, more respectful, and less dismissive with ideas
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lancer does a good job of involving everybody in a lot of events throughout the year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am constantly overlooked in the department, i have been promised too many things with no outcomes, i get paid less than respected coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My boss does not communicate well, neither does the executive team. Nobody is willing to listen to my input, there's a lot of back and forth with answers.
