Initially, I loved working for Lancer and getting to know all the aspects of the company. The last two years, with the changes in leadership, customer service, and operations it has become exceedingly more difficult to work cohesively within a very toxic HQ culture.
My team members are hard working and driven by goals.
Being able to affect change. But that is not the easiest thing to do at Lancer.
Having a strong front line manager that acts as a buffer between me and certain toxic personalities.
I keep getting additional responsibilities and my title is incorrect. Feel helpless to make a change.
My VP is political and strategic in his actions and thinking. He demonstrates good leadership and business skills. Other VPs not so much.
My immediate team is the best! We work great with each other. Our individual contributions are valued and appreciated. We know who our go to people are.
I have personally taken on more responsibilities in the last two years. My title has not been changed and my increases barely cover cost of living. While we continue to meet minimum wage demands in other countries; US employees barely make progress.
