What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is nice and easy going. We work hard and it can be stressful but no one takes their job or themselves too serious, (we're not building rockets or artificial hearts)
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping someone solve a problem or guiding them to a solution. Mentoring the younger generation workers on how to be professional yet keep a work-home life balance. Listening to coworkers, helping them maybe with a personal trouble or just be an ear to bend on to let them vent
