What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a great job of keeping everyone focused on the vision of what outcomes we are trying to achieve - and rallying everyone behind those goals. They also do a great job of letting the best ideas win and supporting innovation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Feel I am paid well with the industry, enjoy the relaxed time off structure and oh my gosh do I love readers-curiosity and getting paid to read.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I believe I am not fairly paid. In addition, the idea that my department is a entry level department creates a feeling of being undervalued within the company. Our CEO recently stated in a meeting with our department that "your goal should be to leave the department."

Everyone is knowledgable about their specific expertise, has a great attitude and are very willing to help each other.
