What needs to change to make the company culture better?
See previous comment. Trust managers to actually be able to manage. Provide the true and proper accounting support to all us to do the actual work we are hired to do.

Not enough spaces to explain it. Too many additional processes that keep changing (or have exceptions). This job could be great if I could actually do my work 60% of the time. After completing unreasonable things day after day, I may only have an hour or less to do the work I'm supposed to be doing
