I like that our leadership team allows us to work independently without micro managing.

GETTING TO WORK ON MY OWN WITH NO MICROMANAGING AND BEING TRUSTED TO KNOW MY JOB AND GET IT DONE
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team shares in accomplishments in work and life situations as well as the down side of work/life. We are co workers and friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The total number of techs in the field has increased substantially and I am receiving the same pay for taking care of them.(paying invoices, issuing PO, ordering their supplies and uniforms)
