Most people that work here are good people. Quite honestly if it weren't for the top notch health benefits a lot of people would not stick around. Over the years here in the US the feeling of us all being part of One Team, or Family has faded and diminished. Global image of LG has dimmed.

Everyone is wanting improvement and still believes in LG
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Less focus on quantity, more focus on quality hiring. If the latter can not be found then create an LG Academy, not just simple training.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improvement and change for the better is very difficult here because of the recent deterioration of management and due to a surplus of department compartmentalization!
