I like everything about the compensation package. The healthcare is amazing - no employee contribution! Awesome

The LG Leadership team is engaged in every aspect - has a positive attitude and thus creates a positive environment. I honestly LOVE working at LG.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is extremely good - pay rate is great, health care benefits are FANTASTIC, 401k match is wonderful and the fact that we have access to a Fidelity adviser . Bonus structure is wonderful and I like that this year they based it on qtr vs YTD ! Overall VERY happy
