What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture honestly isn't very positive. The one good thing is that management trusts you to do your job with micromanaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone is very busy and that means little interaction with my supervisor. Compensation should be compared outside the organization and paid accordingly.
