Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My performance indexes me pretty high in the industry, yet LG only sees me as worth the middle of the bell curve. There's no career path for me, and no way to move up. Filling out the CDP on a regular basis is a big reminder that essentially I'm stuck where I am.
