Careers are pretty overrated and capitalism is terrible! Work is not what life is about.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is dedicated and hard working but they also value work/life balances and that is important to me. It really helps knowing that they care about me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LG actually recognizing and adopting a flexible work policy that will allow me to work from home which allows me to be comfortable and confident in my own space.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if raises were more than 2% a year. I am a high performing employee but obtaining a promotion seems like an insurmountable task if you aren't a product manager from Korea or in sales.
