I feel that my existence here has no impact, I have no direction, and the role that I fulfill is unwanted.

Pay and benefits are great. The only people that seem to fit in are sales people. All of my goals and reviews seem to try to measure my non-sales role with sales metrics. Its very demoralizing.

there isnt one thing. Its more the package as a whole that makes it attractive

There is a lot of innovation. Albeit not always focused on an actual need in the market

They treat and respect me as a professional and let me get the job done without too much interference.

The are a lot of significant negatives about the culture and environment and it makes it difficult to come up with a positive comment

There is a culture of mistrust here that is very difficult to break. A lot of people also share person beliefs that are concerning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While there is accountability, I am free to work along my own timeline and priorities. As long as I am meeting goals and expectations I have the freedom to work in the way that I see fit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a adversarial culture. Everyone seems to be fighting to keep what they have. And they have history that has fostered that. This makes it very hard to work with them because they feel I am going to take from them
