They help one another because the managers are no help.

The managers need to be more helpful to those they manage instead of making themselves look good to their managers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Instead of not wanting to hear constructive criticism and punishing for saying what they don't want to hear, to listen and talk about it .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe LG company as a whole is one of the best companies to work for and wish I had a better manager to work for
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager does not want to listen and his goal in mind and will not compromise. I would like to transfer to another department that I can do apply my experience and knowledge.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The managers are held accountable for the lack of support and not given the power to manipulate scores and grades as retaliation for voicing options that appear to be negative to the manager's job performance.
